ARO guns hit 10,000th milestone
The world-leading resistance welding technology specialist to the automotive and other industries, ARO Welding Technologies Group has hit a significant milestone with the sale of its 10,000th ARO 3G robotic welding gun.
The first truly modular solution, the 3G guns have proved hugely popular due to a design that has taken welding performance to new levels.
3G gives significant cost reductions in capital investment, outstanding reliability and availability, improved running costs and easy retooling.
Managing Director of the ARO Welding Technologies Group, Jean-Yves David, says: “The fact that we have now sold over 10,000 3G robotic welding guns is testament to the 5 years’ of R&D and the major financial investment in dedicated design and tooling that ensured the 3G systems offer superior performance to any other welding solution in the market.”
